Food On Shelves: Itineraires D'Un Cuisine Contemporaine
The bilingual magazine Itinéraires d'une cuisine contemporaine portrays 10 chefs, mostly from different countries. This third issue, called “Fulgurances” features Philip Rachinger (Austria), Koji Kamiyo (Japan), René Redzepi (Denmark), Lee Tiernan (England), Nicolas Darnauguilhem (Switzerland), Yoji Tokuyoshi (Italy), Clément Petitjean, Jen Agg (Canada), Yves-Marie Le Bourdonnec (France).
All have one thing in common: their job, a common path through a different education, a particular anchorage in a special environment. Everyone indulges in his design of the kitchen while Fulgurances gives us different portraits, all sublimated by the magnificent images of the chefs, their dishes, their landscapes. At the end of each issue, the magazine offers a book of 10 selected restaurants in one city: Antwerp for this issue (after Paris and Stockholm).
